Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer (hereinafter — the Offer) of Individual Entrepreneur Vladislav Sergeev (hereinafter — the Provider) addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the Customer) for the provision of services using the Etodist service (hereinafter — the Service), available at: https://lk.etodist.app.

1.2. The Offer takes effect from the moment of its publication on the website and remains valid until withdrawn by the Provider.

1.3. Acceptance of the Offer is registration in the Service and/or payment for services. From the moment of acceptance, the Offer acquires the force of a contract.

1.4. The Provider reserves the right to amend the Offer without prior notice to the Customer. The current version is published on this page.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider grants the Customer access to the Service for analyzing audio and video recordings of lessons and meetings using artificial intelligence technologies.

2.2. Services include:

  • automatic audio transcription with speaker diarization (Deepgram Nova-3 neural network);
  • AI-powered lesson/meeting analysis (Claude) across 25 pedagogical metrics (engagement, lesson structure, differentiation, feedback, pacing, clarity, and more);
  • generation of detailed reports with scores (1-10 per metric), charts, timelines, and recommendations;
  • export of results in PDF and TXT formats.

2.3. Service characteristics: analysis is available for recordings from 1 minute to several hours in length. Over 20 audio and video formats are supported (MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, OGG, WebM, etc.), as well as YouTube links. The result is a structured report based on evidence-based metrics grounded in Bloom's Taxonomy, Vygotsky's Zone of Proximal Development, and Dweck's Growth Mindset theory.

3. Service Delivery

3.1. To access the Service, the Customer must register by providing accurate information.

3.2. Services are provided on a prepaid basis. The Customer purchases a package of minutes for processing recordings.

3.3. When uploading a recording, the corresponding number of minutes is deducted from the Customer's balance based on the recording duration.

3.4. Processing results are provided electronically through the Service.

3.5. Order fulfillment timeline: processing a recording up to 1 hour long takes 2 to 5 minutes. Longer recordings take proportionally more time. The service is provided automatically, without operator involvement. Processing progress is displayed in real time in the user's dashboard.

3.6. The service is deemed properly delivered from the moment the report is generated in the Service.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Service costs are determined by the current rates published on the Service website.

4.2. Base processing rate: $2 (two US dollars) per 1 hour of recording.

4.3. Current pricing plans:

  • Starter — 150 minutes, $2.00/hour (no discount);
  • Basic — 450 minutes, $1.90/hour (5% discount);
  • Optimal — 900 minutes, $1.80/hour (10% discount);
  • Maximum — 9999 minutes, $1.70/hour (15% discount).

Purchased minutes never expire.

4.4. Payment is made electronically via the YooKassa payment system.

4.5. The Provider reserves the right to change rates by updating the information on the website. Rate changes do not apply to previously purchased packages.

5. Rights and Obligations

5.1. The Provider undertakes to:

  • ensure the Service is operational;
  • process uploaded recordings and generate reports;
  • ensure the confidentiality of Customer data;
  • provide technical support.

5.2. The Customer undertakes to:

  • provide accurate information during registration;
  • pay for services in a timely manner;
  • not use the Service for illegal purposes;
  • not upload materials that violate the rights of third parties;
  • ensure the security of account credentials.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Service is provided “as is.” The Provider does not guarantee that analysis results will meet the Customer's expectations.

6.2. The Provider is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical reasons, actions of third parties, or force majeure.

6.3. The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the current minute package.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. A refund for unused minutes is possible within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of payment, provided that the services have not been used.

7.2. If some minutes have been used, the refund is calculated by deducting the cost of used minutes at the base rate (without discounts).

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All rights to the Service, its design, code, and algorithms belong to the Provider.

8.2. Materials uploaded by the Customer remain the Customer's property. The Provider uses them solely for the purpose of providing services.

8.3. Analysis results (reports) are provided to the Customer for unrestricted use.

9. Term and Termination

9.1. The agreement is effective from the moment of acceptance of the Offer until full performance of obligations by both parties.

9.2. The Customer may at any time refuse to use the Service by requesting account deletion.

9.3. The Provider may restrict or terminate the Customer's access to the Service in case of violation of the terms of this Offer.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court at the Provider's place of registration in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
